Nothing yet for me either. Must be getting close now though surely - there can't be that may ahead of us still to go, assuming they work on a first in, first out basis at the port.

Out of interest did yours say 'has been released for delivery to the retailer.' at the end? Wondering if that is actually any different to just 'arrived at UK port'

The number I used for them was 0191 383 7505 - they asked for name, address and order number (if you have it). They did initially try to tell me to request an update via the fleet solutions site but were actually quite helpful once she found it on the system - arranged the delivery date there and then.
Thank you - I rang them and they were very helpful. She said they have a back log at the port but are prioritising people who’ve chased, so she’s flagged mine for delivery to the dealer by the end of the week. Hopefully it should be with me by the end of next week

Worth trying again in a week/ 10 days or so. I think it does depend how helpful the person on the other end of the phone is.
I emailed them and got this
"We have requested it to be brought forward for delivery and now just have to wait until the vehicle arrives"
I’m hoping for a call today regarding delivery - was told to chase them again if they’d not contacted me to arrange it by Monday. Fingers crossed it’s not too much longer to wait!

I didn’t get the call. I’ve just rang them and……still at the port. I’ve now been told to ring back on Thursday if I’ve not heard anything. It’s becoming very frustrating.

I won't say it was worth the wait as I'm not sure any car is worth 18 months wait.. but it is very nice to drive. It was delivered with 66% charge too.
