Had a really bad knocking/cracking noise coming from off side front of my 2 .5 year old id3 for about 6 months.
It got so bad I left it in for tests last week. ( booked in 8 weeks ago !) to Heritage VW in Bristol.
Took the mechanic Ryan on a test drive and he identified the fault quickly. Fixed it in 3 days.
Well done Heritage and well done Ryan.
All is silent now.
