My dealer is not the problem. Can only say good things about Heritage Salisbury.

The problem is that the Cariad team are not up to the job. VW keeping it in-house was a major failing on the part of management.

I also have the same problem since update on Thursday. VW have no clue how to fix it so escalated it which from past experience means no further contact for days.
