Evening Souljacker.
Had the same problem when I had my Pod Point installed phoned and they updated to 7kw over the air.

So rang dealer today my Family Pro now has a confirmed built date of week 33 (15th - 21st August) ordered 18/10/21.

Due to pick up new Tour last Saturday only to be informed that is a problem with the front camera front assist I imagine and the reversing camera both greyed out, would anyone know if this is a simple reboot or new cameras and wiring loom as they have suggested up a 8week lead time.

My October 21 order like most on here is nowhere to be seen so I have decided to order a Fisker Ocean Ultra,delivery I reckon around early 2024 still most probably before the iD3.

Unfortunately I have no idea,have asked on a few occasions but are they are unable to provide a realistic timescale,also the way Order Nos are allocated a build slot seems somewhat pot luck!
