Yep, 100 miles in the four hour window is spot on. We have a similar setup, albeit with an Ohme go, and I always work on being able to get 100 miles of charge each night. As above, the actual range will depend on what sort of efficiency you're getting.

That does sound like the 2.3 software update might have started downloading. Do you see an option on the goodbye screen, to update the software? It can take a while to appear as there's quite a bit of data to download.
