Any updates on this? It’s happening to my Hypervolt and it’s becoming a real nuisance!

Was it the Hypervolt setting, software or the iD3 charge location?

Think week 34’s were an anomaly. My theory is that VW prioritised the cars coming up on their 18month period as it was around the same time the grant period was extended.

Still not heard anything!!

Apparently the VW system was down. Hopefully will get an update today.
