Great car but would not buy vw again due to the total lack of information after ordering. Customer service is appalling and their attitude draconian.

That is the exact same charger that came with my id3 supplied by the dealer.
Works very well.

My car has finally arrived after 13 months.
I can honestly say it’s worth the wait.

I hope everyone waiting gets theirs soon.

My Family pro performance which was ordered 18th October 2021 and was built week 34 is now at the dealers and being delivered on Friday

I pay my insurance monthly but all you are doing is actually financing the years cost, if u switch the policy gets cancelled and you are refunded pro rata less costs and fees. Finally had an update from dealer, the first since ordering my family pro performance last Oct 5th.
Confirmed build week 34 (end Aug) so will be a whole years wait when it arrives.

In the same boat, ordered October and heard nothing since, no build date or anything. This is the first VW I have ordered and will probably be the last due to the complete lack of information.

Try greased lightening, it’s a waterless wash and wax but it’s great after you’ve washed, excellent in black, buffs off super easy and goes a long way .

My lease company said today my order had gone back a step to awaiting allocation of build week.

Can anyone tell me if it and the standard type two cable that come with the car come with storage bags.
If they do are they the zipped bags or just lightweight draw string type.
