Re: We Charge

I had the same problem. Support told me I needed to try again with a different email address :( and make sure I specified UK as location/home in all of the (3-ish) places the registration process asked for it! Painful but true. As I use a gmail account, I could play the trick of adding a +id3 at th...

Re: We Charge

I just had exactly the same issue. I had to completely delete my account, then start again. Was annoying because the new account would not work for over an hour (guessing vw server issue). Its because i must have missed a setting at the very start that asks for your nation and its default is German...

Are you on Ohme charger? Not sure if Ohme or Zappi for me. Might be the later as I have 3 phase and considering solar and battery.

Best of luck with a quick delivery. Ranges of "waitees" on this forum. I'm probably in the middle ground 13months and still on Status 10 (scheduled build week - I think) Enjoy it when it arrives!

Re: Home charger 22KW 3-phase

Although I live in the UK our house has 3-phase because it and its neighbour used to be a hotel. For the same reasons as you I thought if we were getting work done we might as well get a 3-phase charger soI got a MyEnergi Zappi, which has been fine. It charges the car at 11kW and would be particula...

Re: Wall charger & power supplier recommendations - March 2023

I have had 18 months of faultless charging with my Zappi and would install another if I was starting again. If I had 3 phase I would be putting in a 22kW charger to take advantage of the extra 50% speed available. No idea on how the suppliers view it though and how the tariffs would work. I assume ...

Out of interest what miles/kw did you achieve and what was your guess at the av ambient temperature?

Re: Battery and range

Good explanation Daern - thanks for that. I am learning - no EV yet - perhaps anothe 3 months for mine. So if one was using an EV for say 3 very short journeys in a day - a few hours apart and in cold weather this would eat in to the battery capacity and cause poorer effeciency. Might be nice to hav...
