Hi sidehaas, thanks for your reply, yes it is the WeConnectID app and it's a yes to all your suggestions and I've also also reinstalled the app and reconnecting it to the car with no success.
I will try the preheat to a departure time though and see what happens.

Since I had the 3.0 OTA update on my ID3 which is a 70 plate Pro Performance, the preheating through the app will not work. I have tried repeatedly on different occasions to preheat the car and each time trying 7 or 8 times one after an other. This is both with the charging plugged in and not plugge...

Also noticed that I have now got 2 zone aircon which I didn’t have prior to the update as others have reported, even though the aircon doesn’t cool due to the faulty pressure sensor.
