We don’t know when we are getting 2.4 and we don’t know when we are getting 3.0.
And for Gods sake don’t contact the dealers about either because they know less than that.

I have my ID3 booked in 15th July to correct the ‘SOS error’. Hope it can tie in with this 2.4 recall so I don’t lose the car for another day.

Are you on v2.3? If so, a bit surprising you are getting that level of ‘glitch’. The only thing I’ve had approaching that is when the satnav lost gps and it through a total wobbly. In general ‘if in doubt, turn off and leave for an hour’ mostly works. Although clearly you may not be able to do that!...

It is a heavy car and can be a little bit crashy over poor surfaces. But clearly what you are describing doesn’t seem within bounds..,
