Well to my shock (no pun intended) I've found the problem and thanks to @andrewparker who pointed this out - 3 transport blocks in each shock absorber. Cannot believe that this has got missed by the supplying dealer whom i'm waiting a response from as we speak. I've removed them as its very easy to ...
