Latest story for our second ID3 is that the emergency tyre kit sent for the first car was sent in error.

So in short they wont be sending a kit for the second unless we pay £200 for it!

Dealer put a kit in the post for us.

Our next one is due Tuesday 23rd

Max Pro delivered 25th with no self seal tyres, no spare and no repair kit!

Sounds like a hell of a carry on! Was the car just delivered by being driven to you? I kind of assumed that they would be delivered on a transporter. Problem is they cannot routinely refer to things expecting everyone with no knowledge to understand.
The paperwork says 62kWh, the insurer now says they can only do the 58kWh as there is no 62kWh on the system.

So frustrating.

Now been pushed back till 25th.

Documents say 62kWh but the rest says 58kWh! Have asked the question.

First car is now requested for delivery on 18th April.

Our second ID3 Max Pro now also has a reg. no. attached to it.

Had an email today to say that the first ID3 has now arrived on site with VW.

Contained the documents for signing and returning.

Been offered a £25 month plan from Plan Leasing that covers tyre wear, damage, servicing etc.

At first i thought this was a good deal but not sure now.
30k miles over 3 years so likely need a couple of service/inspections and at least a set of tyres, maybe more.
