The online manual IS the wallet.

Are you sure you have a 32A cable?

Re: Intermittent charging

If you are on Octopus Intelligent it seems to me that this is just the intended charge schedule. It's completely normal for Octopus to pause and restart quite a few times, and for the VW app to send reports like those you showed each time it does that. None of that indicates a fault in of itself. T...

Re: Supplied charge cable

Untethered charge points are in daily use, so they're hardly "not meant for a lot of use". Carefully clean the contacts in the cable, the car, and the charge point (isolate the latter).

Cables sometimes fail and can be readily bought.

Re: First experience of snow

The glass behind the rear-view mirror housing, where some of the sensors are, takes longer to demist than the exposed glass. Until it does, assistance will be limited. It's been like that in every EV I've owned.

Maybe you need to switch phones back to yours using Settings-Mobile Devices. Unselect hers and select yours.

I just wish it wasn't there at all obscuring my view of the road. How on earth does the HUD "obscure" your view of the road? It's inside your distance focal length unless you deliberately bring it into focus, the latter being considerably safer than glancing away from the road to see dire...

Re: Range drop after 3 years

Range is a calculated prediction based on a number of factors, including capacity. Capacity is a measurement. Range does not degrade, capacity does. You should not be judging battery degradation based on range changes, nor using range change between software upgrades since the calculation itself may...

Only for older SMETS1 meters. SMETS2 electricity meters have the comms built into the meter itself.

That's a bit odd, as the gas meter sends via the electricity meter, so the connectivity is obviously still there.

Enroll the Zappi rather than the car. The car doesn't use wifi for anything (other than wheret radio) so you can dispense with that.
