Any views on the usefulness of this? I had an E Golf for 2 years and the We Connect app that went with that had much more functionality eg retention of driving data, ability to set charging schedules, location of vehicle. All the ID app seems to do is tell you what the charge level is. Am I missing ...

Hi George, I have exactly the same problem, did the garage manage to sort you out? I can’t get booked in until Dec 1st so it sounds like they have a few issues!
