Re: Octopus intelligent query

So you now go in to Ohme app and schedule for 11:30-5:30? Or do you tick the button for not more than 7.5p? Trying to work out if it’s worth the hassle! On IO and using Ohme as the main device you disable the price cap of 7.5p. Then select a schedule you require i.e. set a schedule to end t a selec...

Re: Software Update

This is from VW 📣 Next OTA updates starting soon! Hello everyone, we've been pretty quiet about OTA updates for some time now. This is due to the fact that we were (and still are) in preparation for the coming waves of updates and have also made sure that the vehicles come to a uniform baseline with...

Re: Software Update

Does anyone know if those of us on 3.2 will get more recent versions? Also, whatever the answer is, is that good news or bad? Yes is the answer to that. VW have just released info on the FaceBook VW ID drivers club that people with 3.1 & 3.2 will get 3.2.1 (what's in that I'm not sure) Cars wit...

Re: Incorrect range reported in the App.

Somehow I don't think this issue is at the top of their list to resolve as it only affects a minority of the cars out there as its a "miles" issue, i.e. UK.

Re: 12v battery restricted

I have seen this and like yourself it is when the temperature is low overnight. Unlike yourself I am losing SoC from the 12v battery. On one very cold night a few weeks ago it lost 40% overnight. The dealer has looked at the issue but needed to contact VW before they would go any further. It is due ...

Re: So long and thanks for all the fish..

I can live with that as long as it doesn't take 20 months like the id3 😂 The coupe is a cracker of a car, really nice but the lack of rear wiper is a deal breaker for me. Trivial but I think that would annoy me. I'll pm you with any info I get. The guy said said he'll email me updates. I totally ag...

Re: So long and thanks for all the fish..

Moving on from my Max, ordered the enyaq 85x sportline estate this morning and was quoted 13+ weeks. I've loved the max and hated it at times 😂 I would like to thank everyone on here for all the knowledge, troubleshooting etc that I've taken advantage of and the general chit chat. A bunch of good g...

Re: So long and thanks for all the fish..

Today I have decided to move on from my Tour.
I'm remaining within VAG and I have ordered a Skoda Enyaq 85 Edition Coupe. Comes with the 210kW motor with the 77kWh battery and S/W 4.0.
Been quoted 13+ weeks for delivery.

Re: OHME app issue - showing 0% charge

I had a similar problem that it was saying the car was offline. Tronity was working fine which meant it was an Ohme issue. I resolved the issue by going in a switching car in the Ohme app but after selecting VW ID's I logged in to the VW account but when I went further the ID3 was not listed. From t...

Oh no. I was going to try it at Carlisle on my next trip - have you (or anyone else) tried Gretna services?
I've not tried Gretna since I have had the use of plug and charge.
It wasn't a problem at Carlisle as I had my RFID card at hand just in case.

Re: Has anyone tried Plug and Charge?

I run mine through Electroverse. Only used it 3 times as Ionity are not on route with all my trips.
It worked at Ionity Perth but failed to work at Ionity Carlisle on two occasions.

Re: factory 3.0->3.2?

Thank you, I checked and my car shows recall for 3.2 install and battery check. That's interesting as I checked a few weeks ago and it wasn't showing anything. I called my dealer and booked in for a couple of weeks time. They said they book in for 3 days, just to be on the safe side, but hoped it w...

Re: factory 3.0->3.2?

Hi, my ID.3 came with 3.0 from the factory. Does anyone know if/when I'll be able to get it upgraded to 3.2? Put your VIN in on this website https://www.volkswagen.com.au/app/locals/owners-service/service-campaigns-recalls and see if it is outstanding campaign. If it is booked into your dealer for ...

This problem seems to have been resolved. VW We Connect Support sent me an email yesterday asking me if the problem was still there. Been out this morning and it seems as if it is now working again. I did have an update for the VW app on Android and it is now on Ver 3.0.26 I’m using IOS and this al...

I thought the id3 max had the larger 77 kwh battery? The figures you're showing (91% to do 250 miles) seem to be in line with the 58 kwh battery. That's bloody good going because when I drive to London i get nowhere near that efficiency.
It is the Tour that had the 77kWh battery.
