Re: Timing a Charge
Good luck with the Wecharge people my card stopped working 3 plus weeks ago ,after initially answering my emails they passed it on to their technical people to solve since then no action and no reply to an email asking for an update they are a waste of time

Re: Timing a Charge
I agree that would be one way to get round it but if something is on the car i expect it to work . I've had Volkswagens for 20 years (about 19 in total) and this was the one i was most looking forward to but also the one i have been most disappointed in .

Re: Owners Manual
I had the 2.1 update last week and the dealer cut the front page of my manual and left it in the car with all the details on the back , the rest he threw away saying that's what Volkswagen said to do as the manual was now in the car and up to date . I got it back because i prefer a hard copy to look...

Timing a Charge
I've recently had the 2.0 software update and have tried to set the timed charge . I set the day and preferred start and stop times , the charge level required and also departure time , all boxes ticked but it still only charged to 67% which added approx 50% in the available 7 hours . Anyone any ide...

Re: I'm a bit worried about the range
As i said ionity are few and far between the nearest to me is 134 miles away , the nearest osprey is 10 miles away , i have used it several times but wecharge add a load on top which means they add almost a third to the cost reducing the value of the free card

Re: I'm a bit worried about the range
I have an id3 First . 3 months old and 1060 miles on clock because of current situation . The long range shows 2.5 miles per Kilowatt whish if I'm correct gives a real world range of approx 150 miles . Got to admit if I'd known this was going to be the case I would have thought long and hard before ...
