Re: One Quarter of UK Tesla Supercharger sites open to non-Tesla vehicles from today
Has anyone tried their iD3 on a V3 Tesla charger, asking as there are reports of E - Honda's DC charge system being damaged after using Tesla CPs. As previous post I have charged ok in Dundee, not sure if they are V1 or V2s but don't think they are V3s as they have been there for over three yrs. Ha...

Re: Delivery time
Just heard that my Tour (Ordered Aug 21) has actually arrived at the dealer! I even have a registration number, so hopefully it's really there. Unfortunately, I'm just about to go on hols, so it will be a few weeks before I can head down to Norwich (from Sheffield) to collect it. Hope these long-aw...

Re: Cracked windscreen
One of my clients has a Tesla 3. The screen needs replacing....and No replacements in the UK. 6 month wait!!! This is what happens when an entrepreneur has an idea to sell EVs but doesn't put the spares and repairs infrastructure in place. Anyone had similar stories? Your client will be going throu...

Re: Delivery time
Hi everyone. I have just registered my account but browsed the forums as a guest in preparation for my ID3 arriving. I have an issue with my ID3 order and want to see if anyone has any links/advice to confirm my suspicions. 1. I ordered my ID3 on 30 Sep 2021 and estimated delivery was 31 March 2022...

Re: Delivery time
 Latest update received, was short and blunt. I inconvenienced the staff member asking for the update, between the 4 weekly Schedule set by them. Update was “ At this present moment, there is still no build week confirmed for you. Therefore it is impossible to estimate when the vehicle will b...

Re: Delivery time
All - quick question. My car (family pro performance) is being delivered to me on Wednesday next week. I ordered it towards the end of August 2021 and it had a confirmed build week of 12 (21 March 2022 to 27 March 2022). Will I be getting a MY22.5 or MY22? I asked my dealer (who physically has the ...

Re: Public Pod Point chargers
I would go further than Utumno - in England, I don't think you actually need any payment apps at all. You can get everywhere with the operators that take contactless payment, and they also happen to be the most reliable networks (excl BP). I do have RFID cards and/or apps for Ionity (wecharge), Tes...

Re: Delivery time
👆 this. The marketroids will want to get cars out after announcing them, otherwise the marketing budget is utterly wasted. The solution, obviously, is to stop announcing new vehicle launches until the fricken factory can make the cars they've already sold/announced. It's not like VW didn't know abou...

Re: Delivery time
is that june 2022 or june 2023? :) Definitely 2022 🎉 "Definitely", I thought that was a word never used on this thread. ;) "You definitely won't see your ID.3's within six months of ordering" seems legit though 😂 If it's any consolation, it seems there are many disappointed folk...

Re: Public Pod Point chargers
On the subject of chargers can anyone advise of the realistic number of Apps required (and type). I understand not all chargers offer "swipe card" and Apps are needed. The answer to this depends a lot on your own personal circumstances unfortunately. In Scotland for example you absolutely...

Re: Which 3 pin charger?
I'm hoping to use it a fair bit with solar panels. Would you a 10A is better? Does it matter if it's a VW one? At the same place: 5 hours charging today - £9.17 for 18.72kWh From the miles the car said it added, not much cheaper than diesel tbh. last week - £6.79 for 30.88kWh Any “granny” charger t...

Re: Delivery time
Unrelated note, ZapMap app is amazing for EV route planning. Doing a trip from the Northwest to Cornwall next weekend, not ideal a week after getting my first EV, plus I hear they still use horse and carts down that way. You should also take a look at ABRP - Zap-Map is generally good for finding ch...

Re: Delivery time
Knowing your luck with car orders, you're going to end up waiting for the Model Y longer than you would have been waiting for the ID3 to be delivered. I think that’s probably a dead certainty, and only goes to prove that the universe is spinning correctly upon its axis. Although my Tesla account up...
