Has anyone got a Launch Edition 3 with a 77kWh battery?
Or does it not exist?
TIA

Re: Headlight Levels
I was once out in light fog and you could see the beams dancing away. It was strange seeing the left light illuminating the right side and vice versa. I stick it on auto and let them do what they do. I get flashed, I accept that it may be annoying for others, but they will have to accept that there...

Re: Headlight Levels
I sometimes get this as well. My Life version doesn’t have fancy headlights, it’s all manual, and I don’t think it’s me having main beam on when I shouldn’t. Don’t want to hijack the thread but those of you with fancy matrix headlights, do you just leave the stalk on main beam and let the lights do ...

Re: Auf wiedersehen ID.3 friends
Thanks for the thanks. Not sure what I did to help, as I also rely on the experts here. I wanted an Ionic 5 but it was really too big for us. Plus SWMBO didn’t really take to it. I would get yourself a steering lock, just for peace of mind. I use one on our ID3 if I am going to leave it anywhere a b...

Re: Limit speed with Travel Assist
To be honest, I wasn’t sure what Travel assist did, until I read this and some other posts. To be fair the title of the post is incorrect, but still makes sense. OP probably does have travel assist, but they are talking about Adaptive Cruise Control. Travel assist will steer the car down a road usi...

Re: Limit speed with Travel Assist
To be honest, I wasn’t sure what Travel assist did, until I read this and some other posts. My lowly 2021 Life model seems to have travel assist, but it’s not on the spec sheet for my car. I use it all the time though to stop me from getting a speeding ticket. I guess your query has been answered ab...

Re: Condensation and water droplets inside headlight
Certainly am. The first question I got was " did you buy the car from us?" which I feel is irrelevant. From that point on the negativity from the dealer grew. I was told that its normal due to heating and cooling to it's common with ID.3's nothing to worry about. Best let us know who they...

Re: Condensation and water droplets inside headlight
I seem to be the only one with this issue on the offside headlamp! Local dealer not interested as I didn't purchase the car from them but thankfully Johnsons VW Tamworth have been brilliant about it and are changing the complete unit. I've been told these headlights are on backorder but should arri...

Re: Test drove a 1st Edition at the weekend...
I agree with all the responses to the original post. I found that I had a strange and disappointing reaction from friends and particularly from my family!! One friend in particular comes up with the old and now very tired ‘they are always bursting into flames’ comment and EVs are a knee jerk reacti...

Re: Test drove a 1st Edition at the weekend...
Whatever people may say about the ID3, for me, it’s a good car. Later software ( mine’s on V3.2) the battery percentage is displayed next to the battery graphic. Haptic buttons are a non-issue. It’s not perfect, but I would like someone to show me the perfect car. They all have plusses and minuses. ...

Parking position?
I have attached the bottom half of a screenshot taken from the Volkswagen app. Does anyone know if the phrase “Switch on vehicle to update”, means that the car may not actually be at the position shown?

Re: Official post on VW ID. Drivers Club FB group regarding updates
The box is hidden in my account - settings ,vehicle consent management- my volkswagen primary users It's so well hidden that it is completely invisible no matter which area of which website I go to. No "vehicle consent management" option / section anywhere in the website settings for app,...

Re: Bridgestone Turanza tyres and punctures.
Or you could just change the tyres? The Euranzas are not great, with a low start depth of 5mm in comparison with to up to 8mm in others. Once my Euranzas are shot, I'm switching to a combi tyre, there's plenty of recommendations if you root around this forum. Rob I wonder if anyone has tried to get...

Re: Official post on VW ID. Drivers Club FB group regarding updates
I did not have it to start with, but it later appeared. Just keep trying every so often. From the myvolkswagen website, you need to click the little button with your initials in it and then click settings. There was another menu to click through after that which I've forgotten but you can search ar...

Re: Door mirror woes
Shocked that this last post is 2021!! Ive had my ID3 for 18months, it was 12 months old when I bought it.. Just tried to get in and my wing mirrors will not open, either when I unlock the car, try to press the button on door rail, or set of at over 20 mph. Not done it before except on occasions whe...
