I found this yesterday and found it interesting so am passing it on.

EVs range in winter is less than the range in summer, one reason the cabin is now heated and windows demisted.

Once on the move, the energy for this comes from the traction battery ether via a heat-pump or electric cabin heaters or both!

The guy talks about how it can be used in an EV delivery van, but the idea could work in any EV.

It sounds interesting and it could show up in EVs at some point.
