I did search this group "uploading phone contacts" without joy.
Had the car a few months now and still can't upload. I'm on the screen that says Reimport contacts but touching this does nothing.
The phone works and connects to car, and I receive calls OK.
Tried connecting using the cable but still no joy. My phone is android and not iPhone.
Can anyone help please.

Have the same problem. Phone has contact sharing enabled so no idea what's wrong! Used to work in my old car so definitely an issue with the car.

I have had this before and there was a setting on the phone that Utumno said to look at and it fixed it. Cant remember what it was.
I still have a minor issue in that favourites never save. Once I get out and lock next time I go in they are missing???

Ah I think my tip was for iOS rather than Android! I’d expect it to be a setting on the Bluetooth entry for the car to “Sync Contacts”. Sorry this probably isn’t much help to the OP though!

Thanks for your replies everyone. Although not a big issue, will keep pursuing and hopefully one day will get it done.

I'm running a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra on Android 12 and this is what I see in the Bluetooth setting on my phone for the car. As you can see there is a contact sharing toggle.
