Electric drive issue

I had an electric drive error (red) and the car wouldn’t drive. Only had the ID3 for 3 days (!). Now been at the dealer and has had 2 attempts at diagnosis with VW Germany. I get the impression this is a freak issue. Obviously want to get the car back ASAP; are there any reassuring words from similar experiences?
