For some reason, the predictive element of cruise control has stopped working. Previously the car would automatically adjust as it detected changing road speed signs. Now, however, it sets at the speed the car is currently travelling and does not change when moving from, for example, 40 mph to 70 mph. The speed signs are detected properly but the cruise control does not adjust. Am I missing something obvious?

Have you tried pressing mode, selecting ACC and pressing mode again?

I looked in the manual, I must admit.

Go in to the ACC settings menu (inside the assistance menu) and check'speed limit preview' is turned on. Maybe you inadvertently turned it off.
