12v battery car will not restart warning

I had a new 12v battery fitted by the VW dealer, but still keep getting this warning. The car does restart (so far), and the warning goes away if you turn off and leave the car for 5 minutes or so. Sometimes I can drive 30 miles and sometimes it appears after a 100 yards, so totally random. VW has run diagnostics and not found any faults and did a big software update as advised by VW technical support, but it hasn't fixed it. They are now scratching their heads. Anyone else experienced this and/or have any ideas? Thanks!

Should add that I have 2020 1st edition. It had already had all the software upgrades but VW tech advised them to redo the last one.

Turns out it was a loose connection somewhere! All sorted (hopefully) and VW in Yeovil didn't even charge me.
