I’ve just recently joined, but had issues doing so. It will let you register with an email address containing a “+” symbol, but you never get the activation email.

Is this something that can be fixed, or if not could a warning be put on the registration page?

I’ll check but didn’t think we actually cared about checking anything before sending the email activation.

I assume with the + filter you’ve not set a rule in gmail to send it somewhere else other than your inbox?

I’m not on Gmail, but I implement email systems for a living so checked the usual suspects. A message trace on the system shows no emails ever arrived.

I also tried the “resend activation” option but it didn’t send the email that way either.
