On a transporter apparently, it's coming from Rugby to us in East Sussex. They assured me it would be fully charged when in arrives, which is nice.
Delivery time
Just called dealer to find that our car arrived with them today. I can see a pig flying over my house as I type this.
They will be calling me tomorrow to arrange collection. It was, according to them a build week 10/11 so interested to see if it’s 22 or 22.5. I’ve not been keeping up with the thread, what differences am I looking for?

Them driving it. I guess I’m not as ok with it as I don’t fancy leasing a new, near £38k car, only for it to arrive with 200 miles on it and a nearly drained battery!furtive wrote: ↑Mon May 16, 2022 3:08 pm What not happy about me getting mine before you, or with them driving it to you?
I don't have a problem with them driving it to me - it's their car and I'm just leasing it from them. Any mileage they put on it is deducted from your mileage allowance. I've had a car delivered absolutely filthy and when I cleaned it discovered a scratch on the front wing. I phoned the lease company who arranged for it to be fixed and provided me with a courtesy car.
Also I don’t buy the whole its their car and we’re just leasing it. Especially since, if you leased from another dealer, it’s likely they would have put it on a transporter!
But hey, after waiting nearly 8 months I’m just glad the car is arriving in some form

I hope they’re adding the driven miles onto your lease miles. Otherwise they’ve just robbed you of part of the lease miles that you’ve paid for.

Unless they’ve changed things in the past few years, VWFS don’t do this, they include the delivery miles in your contracted allowance.Utumno wrote: ↑Mon May 16, 2022 5:16 pmI hope they’re adding the driven miles onto your lease miles. So we are still at week 26 and this hasn’t moved for some time now so fingers crossed.
We are selling our T-Roc R-Line back to VW this week as the equity is mental, so will have to share a car in the meantime, hopefully our build locks in the next fortnight. The long wait May finally be coming to an end

I'm a luck person, I caught a brand-new Family 145ps that came into the country a week and a bit ago on Autotrader and bought on the phone there and then. I collected the car on Saturday, not sure of the build week but I can advise that its a MY22 with 2.3.
The car is excellent

New front seats, software 3.0, and if you are lucky sensors in the side of the front and rear wings. There have already been a couple of Family's delivered recently on this spec (acc photos in the WV ID3 UK Facebook group) so I suspect with a 2022 build week you will probably get 22.5.Dogcow wrote: ↑Mon May 16, 2022 4:02 pm Just called dealer to find that our car arrived with them today. Mines is through the Business Leasing bit of Listers, they seem like nice folk!Hemming91 wrote: ↑Mon May 16, 2022 1:13 pmYour order is at the same dealers as mine. How did you manage to get so much information from them?Trilby wrote: ↑Fri May 13, 2022 5:17 pm Had an update from my dealer…
Current build week is 2022 45 (Original was 2022 43)
Status code 10
Mines a business lease and dealer suggest its normally 4 weeks from build to delivery. So we may just see it this side of 2023, but not holding anything.
Interestingly the screenshot the dealer sent shows MY:22, model:E113MJ Version: 2. Interior trim is shown as TN - I’ve no idea how to decode the model, version or trim codes though!
