My tour delivered this week is My22 has electric and massage seats but no seat memory … and it does have area view … it’s a 360 view around the car … it gmhas the reversing camera as standard and widescreen but has a top down view next to it with 360… it has 2 camera under the wing mirrors …

The front camera is just above the number plate. When manouvering if you tap on the area view it becomes full screen.

When you drive forwards slowly you get the view from the front camera.

There’s a settings menu there when it’s active so you can fiddle with the settings.

I’m not a complete fan of the area view myself - but the reversing camera is ok. Problem with both is you end up looking in the wrong place when you’re reversing. Anyway different folks different views etc

No seat memory here either.

What version software do you have on your car?

My tour is nearly one year old but I’m hoping we’ll get area view with a software update

2.3. The car is a week old.. guessing yours has the wing mirror and front (above number plate) cameras?

To be honest I’m not 100% sure, it looks like it’s got cameras/ sensors in the mirrors for the blind spot and at the front for the cruise and steering

The front one is like half a small marble about 1cm above the front number plate.

Area view came in around May 2021, it wasn't part of MY22.5 (I didn't follow anything pre-MY22, so presumably it was a MY21 to MY22 change). Before that there weren't cameras apart from at the rear.

My Tour delivered December has area view I think?

I have the option to switch to a wide angle camera and also an overhead view, really helpful for parking straight!
