53 week delivery time quoted by dealer which would make it February 2023 (or March 2023...)

You’re not alone… been sitting on code 20 for what feels like forever.
With my previous VW we were able to track orders ourselves now reliant upon dealer to provide information. I’ve limited myself to monthly emails to request update and even that is received with attitude.

Checked with my dealer today (Fam Pro ordered 18 Nov), original delivery estimate end Apr 22). No build week. He says he checks every two weeks but everything’s all over the place. He said hardly anyone in cancelling. I’m trying to keep chilled about this!

where do people get the codes from? I went to check the order number on the vw site just to see if i have a 00 code but it says they cant support that now

Ask your dealer for the status code (it'll be 00, 10 or 20) and the week number associated with the status code.

I added a filter for you on the spreadsheet, called "Week 49 builds", so you can easily find this info (you can apply a filter without affecting anybody else, which is handy)

There are 14 people with week 49 build weeks, 7 of them are built and in transit, 7 are currently awaiting build completion, including you @woodstock (plus @nicbob, @GDC, @jonc, @morrishey, @MikeS and @Mrchrispullen)

For those that enjoy a light dose of schadenfreude I've also added a Week 40 filter, and a Tour S filter. No grey shipping bars on either of those two

If very recent then it might be as a result of the removal from sale and the 2022 “Life” changeover.

I was sure my next post was to say I've finally got it (ordered June 10th) - as it reached Emden 8 weeks ago only to learn today it's gone back to factory ! , Has this happened to anyone else ? , I'm not expecting you (Utumno) to try and accommodate this on your spreadsheet , My dealer is trying to find out why and of course I'll report back

Don’t panic just yet, it can take 2-3 weeks easily sat in Emden if you’re unlucky with the boat.
