Thank you both, I think individual ones might work best for the tour as it has a little divider between the seats, I was looking on Amazon but there were so many that I would
Much sooner get some that have been tried and tested by a member specifically in an iD3.

Just need to get some mats organised now since the lease company have advised that the dealer won’t supply
Any. Free at least!

If you get individual seat protectors to go under child seats, make sure they are wide enough to catch stuff that gets spilt/dropped off the side. I don't have seat protectors but can confirm that young kids' juice, crisps and crumbs play havoc with the seats. Ours did scrub up pretty well after I paid for an expensive valet, but since then my eldest upended his water bottle over the driver's seat and it didn't get dried in time so it's now got a huge tide mark. Argh.

I have a strict no food policy in my car and only water bottles that have small neck. Fortunately my children are a little older and understand that any mess results in 1 year in jail for them

Mine is still stuck at Port of Tynne - it's been there 6 weeks now
Have you had any update on delivery? I’m also waiting on a car that has been stuck at the port for over a month now but no one can tell me why…

Have they given you any explanation as to why? Mine’s an ID.5, but through a leasing company so I have no direct contact with the dealer. It arrived at the port early June I believe…

As of last week it was still at the port. It has been there since at least 23rd May with no end in sight.

Mine is through work too but I have the dealership number so I am asking them directly for updates, I think they are sick of me now.

They have told me they only get told the day before they get a delivery of vehicles and once they receive it will turn it round and deliver to me in a week or so.

Fingers crossed for you too then! How long has yours been there? I've not had a clear answer for how long they are actually taking to get through

First update I got was 23rd May to say it was at 'UK Port', then they say the same on every update since 🤞

Mine is also through NHS fleet solutions. Hopefully they will all arrive soon it’s just very frustrating. Have they told you what the cause of the delay is?

Lack of HGV drivers to deliver them to the dealership.

They always just say it's taking longer than usual at the moment but don't actually give any timescale for when it will arrive.

Update this morning:

We are pleased to inform you that your vehicle has arrived at UK Port and has been released for delivery to the retailer.

This is a change from all my previous updates where all they said was it's at the UK port with nothing about it having been released, so hoping for some good news soon.
