Just a snippet of Ionity info. As 1st Ed owner I still get the charge free and use the 4 chargers at Gretna services on journeys from Perthshire to South Wales to see grandchildren. This time all 4 were in use but ID4 just finishing. Message on screen unusual “Please replace plug in holder to end your charge” Plug was in holder so I took it out and replaced it - no change onscreen. So I thought plug it in then remove it as instructed. Mistake! Couldn’t remove plug! Had to phone, quick helpful lady and bingo - reboot.
The hint is - if you inherit the “Replace plug …” screen there’s a tiny yellow “OK” box bottom right. Click it and the normal start up screen appears and charger is good to go.
