Unusual Symbol What does it mean

The last couple of days when I start the car I get a white icon on the small dash showing a break Symbol with a star by a car and an egg timer. After a minute or two this disappears and does not return until I start the car again ( car appears to be ok) anyone know what this is?

Its the emergency braking system booting up. Sometimes takes 10-20 seconds to get going - especially from a cold start.

That happens literally every time you start the car.
