I have hired an ID3 for a few months and I have a Zappi Home charging point. I plugged in the car to charge it however I was unable to release the cable from the car.
After around half an hour locking & unlocking car, turning off charger etc I managed to release the cable.
I am now worried about charging the car again using my home Zappi Charger. Can anyone please help with any settings or what I need to do? I notice there is an Auto release button on the infotainment system in vehicle-charging however it’s not letting me change it for some reason?
