...even though no grant the pcp comes out £50 cheaper a month…so I consider that to be worthwhile info if someone else is choosing between the two.

Yep, that’s the killer where PCP is concerned. It’s ok adding tons of options, but the GFV largely dictates the monthly payments, and that is much lower on a Family than it is on a Max. I briefly considered a Tour, and even with nearly identical OTR costs, the Tour was £40 cheaper a month.
