I asked my wife a question whilst driving happily to Devon this morning. The infotainment then went into voice mode saying something like "I can't help you with that !". This is not the first time. Has anyone else experienced this? Solution?

"Turn it off" :) Seriously, I do and just use Siri.

There's an option to disabled the activation work in Settings, then it only listens if you press the button on the steering wheel - you can also hold that same button to make Siri (via Apple CarPlay) or Google Assistant (via Android Auto) listen.

Agree, the voice mode is a pain and constantly interrupts if you are talking to a passenger - just switch it off until you need it.
