Some major changes

- switch from per minute to per kWh charge with idle fee after 5 minutes
- Night-time cap removed, but no idle fee midnight to 7am (same effect)
- differentiated pricing model with price hikes for some user classes (previous implied charge on typical 7kWh charger was ca. 29p/kWh)
a) LEVC, Private hire, Dynamo users 25p/kWh
b) Resident (pro subscription, only available in your borough) 27p/kWh
c) Full pro subscription 39p/kWh
d) Flexi pro subscription 60p/kWh
e) PAYG 69p/kWh idle fee 5p/min
For a-d) idle fee 4p/kWh
For a-e) minimum charge is for 2.5kWh, sessions <3mins and <0.5kWh will not be charged.
- removal of differentiated charge between 3/7kWh and 22kWh charger (logical consequence of the above) making these much cheaper for a) and b) above.

Central London Surcharge (Camden, Westminster, RBKC)
a) LEVC, Private hire, Dynamo users 31p/kWh
b) Resident (pro subscription, only available in your borough with valid parking permit) 39p/kWh
c) Full pro subscription 51p/kWh
d) Flexi pro subscription 71p/kWh
e) PAYG 80p/kWh idle fee 6p/min

I am going to find out what the situation with the 'resident' offer is for people like me who live in a car-free development and are not entitled to a resident permit. Will post outcome here.

What’s an idle fee?

I’m currently only doing short runs so with battery pre heating and the cold weather averaging less than 1 mile per kw so at those prices I’d be going back to petrol!
