the location charging page - has reverted to "not yet available" and charging settings move but have no effect- eg max charge set to 70%- which was the location setting. Have tried factory reset. Listers shut until tomorrow!!

It's well documented that the in car location / charge scheduling doesn't work currently so it's probably best left cleared.

I tried to set the charge to recommended 80% and charged to 100% - looks like I have the same fault - will you post the response from the dealer, please?

At the risk of repeating myself... the In car scheduled charging doesn't work. It should be fixed when update 3.0 rolls out.,

For clarity and to avoid too much disappointment, I should point out that VW to the best of my knowledge haven’t claimed to “fix” the (obvious) issues with charge timing at all in 3.0. They have said there will be “improvements”, but that’s all.

Personally I hope they will expend enough effort in this area to make the impact of any defects much less apparent, but we’ll see how 3.0 performs in the wild.
