Internet radio is unavailable

Keep getting this notification! I’ve not requested internet radio! Just delete it but keeps appearing !
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Ignore it, disable it as a service in the We Connect ID. app, take out a very expensive data plan, or tether your car to the hotspot on your phone.

People only get that message if they’ve been fiddling about in the first place, well that’s my understanding…

An old thread but I still get this alert every time I get in the car - now on 3.0OTA
Does anyone have an idea on how to stop this? If not I will contact VW support

It is disabled in the app on the phone and as been for months, I will contact VW support to see what they say.

it's disabled, try to use
metropol fm radio, it provides a lot of useful information and plays jazz, pop etc. I also use it in my car, it's great
