lost voice commands from sat nav

Hi

The ID3 has managed to turn off all voice comands from Waze, Apple Maps and the VW Sat Nav - I'm still getting Apple warnings such as "70 mile an hour speed camera ahead" but that's all. Does anyone know how to fix this?

You can increase/decrease the 'spoken' volume of Apple/Google Maps/Assistant & sat nav by increasing the Vol + and - on the steering wheel *while 'she/he/it' is 'speaking'*
But how you can time this to increase when you can't hear she/he/it speaking is another story...

There must be a setting somewhere, but I'm not near the car now. Try quick-pressing the 'Hello ID' button on the top-left of the right-hand steering wheel to initiate a 'conversation' with ID, then press the volume + quickly to increase the ID volume which will hopefully also increase the Waze/Apple Maps volume?

Unfortunately the voice command from the ID3 ( possibly the worlds worst?) can be heard and constantly stops everything without being "asked" to search for some random bit of information!

Does Siri activate if you long-press the Voice Control button on the right-hand side of the steering wheel controls?
If so, immediately press the Volume+ button to increase the volume of Siri/Apple to see if that changes anything.
