Recently while charging I wanted to open a window but could not, on the ZE50 you can press the start button without touching the brake pedal to enable windows to operate when charging.
Is the iD3 the same or can you press the start button on the side of the steering wheel cowl to allow windows to be used?
Didn't want to experiment on that occasion as I was long way from home and unsure if it would interrupt charge.
Ignition button while charging?
If you are sat inside the car, is it not all switched on anyway? I usually go for a walk/coffee when charging but the one time I stayed in the car I got annoyed with it turning off/on again when I got out to look at the charger screen. So shouldn't the windows just open?

For a while everything was still functioning, but it seems there's a point when it goes to sleep and wipers/windows do not function, that's the point I'm wondering if either pressing the brake pedal or pressing the start button would wake it without interrupting the charge.

I don't see any reason it would interupt the charge unless you go to the charging menu and tell it stop, or double-tap unlock. As above I have inadvertently turned it off and on and by getting out and back in while charging - no effect.
