Octagon Go / Hive App - Different energy figures.

Morning All,
So, I just got my first full monthly bill from Octopus using the GO tariff. These totals are for house use and EV charging
94kwh - off-peak
316kwh - peak
This is clearly wrong as I use my charger to top up every night, and I live on my own and work away from home.
I checked my Hive app, and it said the following regarding my EV charging only...
320kwh - off-peak
59kwh - peak
I've spoken to Octopus, but all I get is that the smart meter cannot be wrong.
Has anyone else had this issue, and resolved it?
Thanks.

You should have received an itemised bill with usage shown for every 30 minute period. You can also access this in your account. You can then us e this to check against your use and challenge them. I can’t see how the smart meter could be 12 hours out though.

I assume you are confident the car has actually been charging correctly only in the 0030-0430 Go cheap period? As both the ID3 and some smart chargers can be pretty flaky about scheduling charging.
You can see electric usage for your house in half hour intervals at a 24-hour delay on the Octopus website. Have a look through those for a period including a recent charge and see if it shows what you'd expect.

You can also get the submitted, raw half-hour data from other sources like n3rgy and a smartphone app like Bright or Octopus Watch to compare. It should be the same as what Octopus is reporting (Octopus gets the data from the DCC - the same source of data as used by n3rgy, Bright, etc.) so it's worth checking with an alternate service who can provide you with the data submitted by your smart meter, just in case Octopus has made a mistake somewhere.
For n3rgy, enter your Smart Meter (electric) MPAN number at the bottom of this page to get the data:
https://data.n3rgy.com/consumer/home
(You can get your electricity MPAN number from your Octopus account dashboard:
https://octopus.energy/dashboard/developer/)
The title of your post seems to have auto-corrected 'Octopus' too
