Hello,

I have done about 20k in my ID3 and the rear tyres have been replaced around 17k and the front tyres are still on originals. I have noticed since the past week that I am getting more road feel/rumble through the steering wheel even at low speeds. I beleive my front tyres still have around 4MM tread. The steering wheel isnt shuddering and the wheel does not move when braking on straight road.

Anyone experienced something similar and know what could be possible cause of getting more road feel/rumble through the wheel all of a sudden?

Thanks

The wheels that have the new tyres aren't properly balanced, or the tyres are seriously overinflated would by my first guesses - tyre pressures are easy to check yourself. If balancing is suspected, you need Togo back yo your fitter, maybe one of the balancing weights has dropped off.
