Next software update 3.2 to 3.4!

Hi all.
Like many my 3.2 software was updated over the air a few weeks ago to enable the car to have over the air updates! As clear as mud.

Anyhow have been wondering what the car would be updated to. So exciting.

So input the car's vin number into a VW recall/ service thing. And got.

May I ask, what VW recall/service thing is that? My car is registered in the UK, but in the past I successfully used the following VW Australia (!) checker tool that knows about UK VIN numbers as well:

For my VIN (2022 registration), it currently shows the following two campaigns only:

Service Campaign: S-Check and replace battery module(s)
Service Campaign: S-ID.Software 3.2 software update

By the way, both campaigns are listed as "Outstanding" rather than "Completed" for my VIN number, even though they were completed by my local dealership in the UK.

Are others here in the same position of having the service campaigns completed but not updated in that database?

I am in the same position. I just checked both my IDs with the VW Australia recall checker and found the same two campaigns - even though both have been completed. I have not received a 3.2.1 update for either car yet.

Looks like this database is not up to date.

The Oz website does not seem to update after work is done, or else is months behind.
I came across this Belgian website (via the ID Driver's club Facebook group) that showed the previous recalls for my car and updated quickly after they were done. Try it yourself:
