Annoying issues

So people, I have a couple of minor but extremely annoying issues.
First, and this seems like this has been going on forever, I get a error message notification come up
on the infotainment screen. When you click on the message, I get informed that battery optimum is off. This is because the battery slider in the app is at 100%. I change it back to the recommended 80% and save. It then randomly changes itself back to 100%.
Secondly, when playing a playlist on Spotify, if I make a phone call or I get an incoming phone call, the music stops as intended. However, when the the call ends, the music starts and stops constantly. I have to then listen to the radio. Anyone had similar?

I have the same issue with the charge level randomly changing to 100% for no reason and having to be manually reset to 80%. This has only happened since my ID. 3 was updated to 3.2. I am hoping that when the 3.7 update comes, it will resolve this. I have never had this problem with my ID. 4. I don't use Spotify so can't comment on the other issue.

Is it because you have a charging location set with a different charging limit (they all have their own settings) and it changes as you drive in/out of that location?

Not as simple as this I'm afraid. I do have a home location set, but as I normally only use the ID. 3 for local journeys I hardly ever charge beyond 80%. It is the general charge setting that drifts to 100%, not the location specific one. For longer journeys I usually use the ID. 4, but it behaves as expected.
