While waiting, patiently I might add, for delivery I’ve been looking at and “playing with” the apps recommended by existing BEV owners and I have a question for Tronity users.

When adding your vehicle on the app it requests that you log into your VW Weconnect ID on the Tronity app . Doesn’t that mean that you are giving your VW login details to Tronity? Or am I missing something?

You certainly have to enter your VW We Connect user ID and password in order for data to be available to Tronity. I don't know how these things work. Could it be it just opens a door for access without recording your details? Does it bother me? They have my chassis No and battery data! I'm way down the pecking order on this forum to know if that is a concern.
Interested in other responses.
