Cheapest P* is now £41,900. They've also switched the free colour to Magnesium (which I think is a metallic silver) from Void (flat black) and introduced a new black called "Space". They've also changed the beige leather for silvery leather.

All in all, an LRSM with a paid metallic colour, the Pilot Lite pack, Plus pack and standard alloys would now crank you £51,950, delivery in September being quoted. No lease pricing yet.

Congratulations recent P* owners, particularly those with the full Pilot pack; I reckon you've bagged a bit of a steal just at the last minute...

[edited for pricing accuracy, thanks @andrewparker!]

FWIW the pack prices haven’t changed. Plus pack has always been £4k, the full Pilot pack was £3k, and the Performance pack has always been £5k.

There is effectively a £2k price rise across the range, which isn’t great, but it’s not quite as bad as the recent Tesla rises.

I really don’t like the new wheel choices mind, they’re awful.

Absolutely loving the car, first big trip away in it this Easter, can’t wait. Just hoping my first experience of public charging doesn’t tarnish it.

Wonder how much lease prices have changed? Maybe not at all if their residual price predictions have been revised up.

I still might end up in one of these if the company car allowance in my forthcoming new job (2 weeks in to my 3 month notice for the current one) needs me to use it ir lose it to lease a car.

I'm just amazed how much Teslas have gone up in price lately, especially considering how much less the Chinese workforce will be paid vs the shoddy US workforce in building the cars.

Audi S3 - because I hate rapid charging for long distance driving.

It’s only the Model 3 that’s gone up so far, at least in the UK. The Y can’t be far behind though, it’s pretty odd having the 3 LR and Y LR at the same price point.

6.9% APR on the finance. Not good.

Oof. Our Y was only affordable through third party finance rather than manufacturer. 6.9% is rugged.

From memory the GFV looks roughly the same, so it’s the interest that is making it so expensive.

An extra £100 a month versus our Model Y. Nice car but hard pass at that price.

Which bank underwrites the PCP option for Tesla? It’s Santander on Polestars. I guess you could source the finance elsewhere.

No idea - our PCP for the Y is actually a Santander agreement but arranged through Forza Finance.
