Delivery time

So latest update for my week 9 Max order....

So it should have been built week beginning 27th February. Seems it was mostly built and then for some reason sat awaiting parts. Build was then only completed on March 14th and whilst it's shipped (Yay!) As of this morning it's not yet arrived at the port of exit(Boo!).

Bit frustrating after hearing DumfriesDik's week 10 max is in the country ... Jammy beggar

Do you happen to know which port it's arriving at? If Sheerness, and it hasn't arrived yet, it could be this one (MALACCA HIGHWAY): https://www.vesselfinder.com/vessels/details/9235414

Suspect my Week 9 is also on that boat, though I was told it was waiting at Emden on the 8th.

No idea. Volkswagen live chat said this morning it wasn't even at Emden yet.

Don't know which UK port it's going to as dealing with a leasing company who are reluctant to say who supplying dealer is.

I have an update...

I have just received an update on your order and we are looking at your vehicle coming into stock within the next 2 – 3 weeks and then delivery can be booked with you.

No worries, I wish it was on a ship... The quicker it's with me the better as my prior lease ended a fortnight back and I didn't extend it... Life using public transport has made me realise how much I cherish using a car

Just spoken with dealer.
My confirmed wk 9 build is still showing just that.
No movement whatsoever (have seen screen shot of dealers computer to confirm.
Very disappointed

Someone was showing off their brand new Tour on the UK Facebook group today. Turquoise with Sanyas, looked very nice.

Email I sent to customer services this afternoon, invited their attention to the forum.

I really dont know what could have happened as cars are clearly flowing though. I just hope it's something as simple as the status has been updated, but the car is sitting in a German port with mine waiting for a boat.

Our Cupra Born undelivered has a steering column fault, this surely will be impacting ID3s? Our car will not be fixed but new car manufactured.

I tried via the VW chat to get an update on mine however after a painful wait they were unable to get any info as the team he had to check with were having system issues.

Long time lurker from Greece. I would like to add my experience in order to confirm that production on at least the Life Pro models seems to be speeding up.
Order confirmed early September 2022 for a Life Pro Performance through a leasing company. Today the car has arrived in Greece and will be delivered in the first week of April.

Plenty of chargers in and around Athens but very limited charging points in the rest of the mainland and islands. Hotels are installing chargers so I expect an improvement in the near future.

I will be charging at home and main use will be as a daily city commuter.

There seems to be a problem with Tour's/Max's that were ordered in August 2021. They all seem to have a problem, as others have received theirs, with later order dates and order numbers.
Their build and order system is a joke, and is beyond excuses. This is aimed entirely at VAG, and not at any body else, who I'm happy for.
