My infotainment doesn't turn off when I leave and lock the car.
Restarted it, but that didn't solve it.
It stayed on all night and wasted 2% of the battery.
Has anyone had this issue before?
I'm on the 3.2 version.

Anybody have any update? My id3 has just started doing this. No sound at all.. Screen won’t turn off, won’t connect to any phone, voice control button does nothing.. I have tried resetting and restoring fully to factory reset but nothing has helped!

Our system started doing this and then going into a crash loop. Took it to the dealer who upgraded it to 3.7 which seemed to help for a time but now 2 weeks later it's happening again. Back to the dealer.
Wonder if VW have pushed something bad as this seems to be occurring to a few people at the moment.
