If it's the app saying it, it's because it thinks the miles figure is km so it converts that figure "back" to miles!
Multiply it by 1.6 and that roughly gives you it in miles. 130 x 1.6 is 208 miles and I'm guessing it's dropped because it's been very cold recently. Just a guess.

If you are doing lots of short journeys and the day/night time temp is very cold (say minus 5) then you are using a lot of power to heat the battery. You can preheat the battery by having the car charge finish just before you leave. Also the car cabin heater will use a lot of power - if you can use the heated seats instead. These two behaviour changes should increase your range back.

The battery heater only really kicks in at below zero temp.

Short journeys in the cold cause very high consumption. If it's zero outside and you set the heating on 22C or something it uses about 5kw for the first 10 minutes you are in the car. On a stop start urban drive you can easily use more energy to heat the cabin than you use moving you and the car - ie doubling consumption, ie halving range. If you actually drive further the cabin heating consumption reduces significantly once the cabin reaches the set temperature, so the real range you get will certainly be more than 130. 170-180 is realistic on the motorway in winter except in standing water or a real storm, when it will drop further.
(The battery heater also has an effect if it's below zero, but with up to date software in UK conditions it will always be less significant than the cabin heater as even just below zero it seems to only run at less than 1.5kw. Notwithstanding that, the battery and drivetrain are just less efficient when cold; even with all heating turned off you'll be lucky not to see consumption 20% higher than summer when things are freezing.)

Be glad you have a car with a decent range and don't sweat it.
