Spontaneous Shattering of Back Window

Has anyone else had an issue with the back window spontaneously shattering? I got into my car this morning, closed my door and it just shattered! I have not been in my car all weekend and as I reverse into my drive, nothing could have hit it (there was certainly nothing around the car). The weather has been mild all weekend and our area was not particularly affected by storm Bert - complete mystery!

I'm think I saw a similar post a while back somewhere where the back window cracked (can't find it though). It looked like it was due to water ingress from the top under the spoiler.

Thanks Fry. The autoglass technician said he couldn't see anything that may have caused it. Given that it had been really cold during the week, water ingress would make sense, but who knows!
