Rear windcreen fluid ....seepage ?

When I pull the right stalk towards me to get some fluid on the front windscreen I've noticed that a bit squirts out onto the back window also.

I then have to operate the rear windscreen wiper to clear that.

Does this happen for anybody else ?

Is it a fault or a feature ?

Sorry to bump this question.....but is anybody in a position to tell me if it is normal for some windscreen fluid to come out onto the REAR screen when I am pulling the right hand side stalk towards me to get front screen fluid ?

...before I spend money asking VW the same question !
