Anyone else experienced this issue on cold days with the air conditioning and other functions not working via the app.
I’m wondering g if the 12v battery needs replacing. Car is a 2021 id3 Family Pro.

VW St Albans had the car for a week and concluded it needed the latest software update. They didn’t think to do this as a first step! So frustrating that these cars are sold but the technicians are based in Germany. Anything they don’t know at your local garage they have to email technical and wait 48hrs for a response before any next steps can be taken. Didn’t have a single call from VW without me chasing it up. Driven VWs for 20 years, I’m considering switching brands with recent issues and slack dealership support.
